Service Appointments and Cancellations

Booking Appointments

• Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or in person
• We recommend booking in advance to avoid waiting times
• Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on service complexity

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Late cancellations may result in rescheduling fees
• No-shows may affect future booking availability

Pricing and Payment

Service Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Service costs vary based on vehicle make, model, and service requirements
• Additional work discovered during service will be communicated before proceeding
• We provide detailed quotes before starting any work

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and digital payments
• EMI options are available for major repairs through partner institutions
• All payments are processed securely

Warranty and Guarantees

Service Warranty

• Labor Warranty: 3 months to 1 year depending on service type
• Parts Warranty: Depends on parts supplier warranty period
• Warranty Coverage: Covers defects in workmanship and parts
• Warranty Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or modifications

Warranty Claims

• Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period
• Vehicle must be brought to our workshop for warranty service
• Warranty service is provided during regular business hours
• Warranty cards with detailed terms are provided with each service

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information and service history
• Remove personal belongings from vehicle before service
• Ensure vehicle is accessible for service at scheduled time
• Pay for services as agreed upon
• Follow recommended maintenance schedules
• Report any issues promptly within warranty period

Emergency Services

24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance

• Emergency roadside assistance is available 24/7
• Coverage area: Within 50km of our workshop
• Services include: Battery jump-start, flat tire replacement, fuel delivery, minor repairs, towing
• Emergency services may incur additional charges
• Response times may vary based on location and availability

Liability and Disclaimers

Service Liability

• We perform services with reasonable care and skill
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or unrelated issues
• Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We are not responsible for consequential damages

Vehicle Storage

• Vehicles left beyond 24 hours may incur storage charges
• We are not responsible for damage to vehicles left for extended periods
• Customers must collect vehicles within reasonable time after service completion
